1.) "Is my information secure when I make a payment?"
Yes, your information is absolutely safe and secure. We are a member
of the Better Business Bureau and currently hold an "A" rating, we are

2.) "What is an ebook?"
An ebook is a file. Upon confirmation of your payment, you will have immediate
access to your ebook. Once your ebook is saved to your computer you can read,
edit and print your ebook as necessary.
3.) "I just purchased an e-book, contract, template, proposal, etc. with PayPal,
how do I download the Product? "
Upon submitting your Credit Card information to PayPal, you will automatically be
sent to a download page. The download page shows an icon, which is the file you
are downloading. Some people find this confusing and prematurely close-out this
window. This is a very common occurrence, so common that we added sending
each buyer an e-mailed version of their Order with every purchase. Files get sent
once PayPal verifies payment to us. Orders are sent normally within a few minutes
of purchase, but sometimes it can take up to 30 minutes from your purchase
time, during normal business hours (Eastern Time), depending on PayPal verification.
Any Order placed after normal business hours will be received the following business
day. If you purchased a file during normal business hours and you haven't received an
e-mail within 30 minutes, simply click on the contact page and leave your purchase
name and e-mail information and a copy will be sent to you shortly.
4.) "PayPal won't accept my credit card, and I know my card is good. What's going on?"
Paypal can be sensitive for no apparent reason. Try using another card and if that doesn't
work feel free to leave a message on our contact page or call a representative and they can take your

5.) "Is there any other way to pay?"
Yes, through PayPal you can pay by e-check if you do not have a Credit Card available.
You can also find our address on the contact page. Simply send your Check or Money
Order to the address posted and once it's received your product will be sent to your e-mail account.
6.) "I closed out the download page before downloading the product, now what do I do?"
No worries. An e-mail will be sent to you shortly with your Order, usually within a few minutes. Sometimes
it takes up to a half hour, if it was purchased during normal business hours (Eastern Time). If it was
purchased after normal business hours, your Order will be sent the following business day.
7.) "Start from the beginning, I put my credit card information into PayPal and then what?"
PayPal automatically sends you to the download page. If you miss this page or
mistakenly close this page out, don't worry, an e-mail version of your Order automatically gets
sent to your account after paypal verifies your payment..Orders are sent normally within a few
minutes, but can take up to a half hour from purchase time, when placed during normal business hours
(Eastern Time). Anyone who places an Order after normal business hours will receive a copy of
that Order the following business day.
8.) "What happens when I purchase something on the weekend, do I have to wait until Monday to receive
my file?"
Not usually. Weekend Orders usually get filled same day, they just aren't instant like it would be
during normal business hours. *If you do not receive your Order over the weekend, you will be
receiving a copy of that Order the following business day (which would be Monday,
unless Monday falls on a holiday).*
9.) What's the catch with the free downloads?
None. No purchase necessary, just an e-mail account is needed. No worries, your e-mail account is
only needed to send the free files, your information stays with us.
